A Renewed Mind

Lord, sometimes my thoughts hold me back. I can be negative, afraid, or unsure of myself. But I know You want to change the way I think so I can live with faith and confidence. Show me the thoughts that are not from You and help me replace them with truth. I want to grow, to believe in myself the way You believe in me. Renew my mind so that I can see things from Your perspective and not the world's. Help me to focus on what is good, true, and worthy of praise. Thank You for never giving up on me. Amen.

Romans 12:2 – "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will."
