Giving It All to God

Lord, sometimes life feels heavy. Worry, sadness, and pain can fill my heart, but You invite me to give it all to You. You don’t want me to carry these burdens alone. So today, I hand You my fears, my stress, and my sadness. I trust that You will take care of me. In return, You give me peace, strength, and even joy in the middle of my struggles. Thank You for always being there for me. When I feel overwhelmed, help me to remember that You are my refuge and strength. I don’t have to carry everything by myself because You are holding me. I trust You with all that weighs on my heart. Amen.
