No Bad Days

Even in Los Cabos where we have the infamous bumper sticker “No Bad Days” we can still wake up feeling a tad blue.

Yet, by turning over in bed and plugging right into God’s Kingdom we can have that transformation of mind onto the things that are pleasing to God thus helping us peel away the case of the ugly blues.

The great apostle Paul said in Philippians 4:8

“Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.”

Remember we need God to help control and manage our thought life, but that can only happen by plugging into God’s Kingdom.  Consider Him the CFE of the heavenly realms without the highs costs and rolling electrical shortages.

“Be careful how you think; your life is shaped by your thoughts.”  - Proverbs 4:23

Remember, your own thoughts are powerful and shape your day! So, make sure you are plugged into the right power source.

It’s easy to get plugged into a bad electrical socket of self-pity, fear and especially sin. As, it says in Romans 7: “But there is another power within me that is at war with my mind. This power makes me a slave to the sin that is still within me.”  That’s why we always want to make sure we’re plugging into the right outlet.

Will you join me in checking our connection and confirming we’re plugged into the right source by saying with me:

“Your Kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is heaven.” - Mathew 6:10

When we plug in and allow God to manage our thought life we’re pushing the clouds of our thoughts aside and engraving the motto “No Bad days” on our heart and mind!

As Jesus said:

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.”

I miss you all very much!
